1x Private Introductory Session (60 minutes)
The first session aims to familiarize you with the Pilates method and Jackie’s teaching style. Instruction will focus on breath, core work and body alignment. This class will include mat and reformer work as well as a personalized goal setting session with Jackie.
Single Reformer Session – 60 Minute Private
Private sessions are customized to client’s goals & needs. Each class will also include movements that mobilize, stabilize, lengthen and strengthen different parts of the body with mat and reformer work. The Pilates reformer’s pulley & spring system creates additional resistance that provides a physically and mentally challenging workout. The reformer’s carriage, bar & springs can be adjusted to make certain Pilates movements more accessible or more challenging. Private Reformer Session Packages are available based on your goals & needs. Please contact Jackie for rates & availability.
30 Minute Weekly Piano Lessons
Piano Lessons with Jackie focus on reading & playing music as well as learning music theory. Having a strong foundation in music theory will provide individuals with the tools and confidence too play music for enjoyment, performance or to progress to another instrument. Pilates Studio Policies
- Wearing mask is required. Hand sanitizer is provided.
- Please remove your shoes when you enter the studio.
- Socks with a grip are recommended or you are welcome to work barefoot.
- It is important to feel comfortable, so please wear clothing that allows you to move.
- Please silence or turn off your cell phone.
- Payment, check or cash, is required prior to your session.
There is a 24–hour cancellation policy that applies to all Pilates sessions. If you do not reschedule or cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee.
