The Pilates reformer&#8217;s pulley &amp; spring system creates additional resistance that provides a physically and mentally challenging workout.&nbsp; The reformer&#8217;s carriage, bar &amp; springs can be adjusted to make certain Pilates movements more accessible or more challenging.  <strong>Private Reformer Session Packages are available based on your goals &amp; needs. Please contact Jackie for rates &amp; availability.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>30 Minute Weekly Piano Lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piano Lessons with Jackie focus on reading &amp; playing music as well as learning music theory. Having a strong foundation in music theory will provide individuals with the tools and confidence too play music for enjoyment, performance or to progress to another instrument. Hand sanitizer is provided.<\/li><li>Please remove your shoes when you enter the studio.<\/li><li>Socks with a grip are recommended or you are welcome to work barefoot.<\/li><li>It is important to feel comfortable, so please wear clothing that allows you to move.<\/li><li>Please silence or turn off your cell phone.<\/li><li>Payment, check or cash, is required prior to your session.<br>There is a <strong>24<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>hour cancellation policy<\/strong> that applies to all Pilates sessions.
